12 months ahead: Begin planning your personalized laser/surgery/injectable regimen and begin your medical-grade skincare routine.
6-9 months ahead: Broad Band Light (BBL® noninvasive photofacials *no downtime, non-invasive, may require multiple treatments) to improve skin tone, remove blemishes and redness and shrink pores. Laser Skin Resurfacing with CO2 or erbium (or both) to improve texture and remove wrinkles. Injectables: Neurotoxin (Botox®, Dysport®, Juveau®) to relax active wrinkles and filler and Sculptra® to improve facial contours and hollowness. Surgery (Upper/Lower Lid Blepharoplasty) to remove hooded eyelid skin and puffiness under the eyes. All cosmetic surgery is
performed with a CO2 laser to reduce downtime and includes post-procedure skincare and laser skin resurfacing. Dr. Rosh has a bruising protocol to laser away bruises post-procedure and she recommends at least 3 months to recover from surgery.
3 months ahead: Continue your medical-grade skincare routine; complete your last BBL® treatment; superficial laser peel for photo-ready skin; and filler touch-
up (if needed).
1 month ahead: Complete your last injectable treatment. *Allow 2-4 weeks
for peak effect!
The Big Day: Use tinted sunblock mixed with primer and eye cream with caffeine to depuff the eyes and get ready for happy tears. *Send Dr. Rosh a photo!
